We love when families visit, we have a number of wonderful paintings in our collection that teach the children about symbolism and engage them in appreciating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artworks, we also have an interactive table that is perfect to introduce the kids to Aboriginal tools and weaponry.

Come in and visit our beautiful centre! We have two incredible galleries that showcase the amazing works from local and regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists. Our exhibitions and tours are certainly a highlight to visiting Armidale.
You can book a tour with one of our very knowledgeable staff members. We will introduce you to the artwork and symbolism, the tools we used and still use and discuss the beautiful country and knowledge of the local Aboriginal nations.
